Yes you are right. This is not a fight forum. why hasnt the administrator step in to stop all this!! I am not there so dont know who is right or wrong but i think i will stand at the bride side. It is her big day and as a bride and i believe all bride will want things to go smoothly therefore i dun see any reason for her to make all this up or be unreasonabe on her big day.
BTW, have any of you tried the shop at Marine Parade Blk 5_? All the females there are Vietamese and only one actually knows how to do nails. Even the boss do not know how to do nails. All the females wear very low cut clothings. One more thing i must warn those who have tried is, their price is extremely ex and the quality they use is no good i.e. glue for nail extension. the next day your extension nail will drop off of you can actually without any difficulty peel it off by yourself. i heard they changed their glue recently in order to have more business.
customers will sure to come back and do the nail that has dropped off right? this is how they earn money ***.
Doing business in this manner is so unprofessional and believe me, they wont have regulars if this continues. Its like a fly by night shop. earn money now. I also heard the police visit their shop once. Heard customers or the residence there suspect they are doing 'other' kind of business becos they open until very late.

Maybe we should stop talking bout all this.If really the manicurist fault i guess we should give her a chance to change instead of keep arguing and fighting.
She wont feel good either..
Hi Aurora,
the reason why customers suspect and call the police is becos the girls there wear very sexy. you can actually see the 2 breast without them even bending down. can you imagine when they doing pedicure! and they open till very late. as late as until 10pm- midnight and one of the girls bf waits for her inside the salon on sat especially and he look like ah beng.
nowadays many many men also do manicures...
actually whoever fault is , we just listen n learn not to make the same mistakes again. i believe that since the nailst starts a home base salon, u should have mentally & physically prepared of what type of customers u may be handling. Nailst not only have to do nice nails on people but also have to be a customer service personnel , so that ppl will keep looking for u to do nails. Even though the customer is demanding, but i believe if you talk nicely to her, she will understand your difficulties.
I remember i have this particular girl who asked me lots of questions regarding her nails for consecutively few days , but still in the end she did not let me have her nails done. But i still replied to all her questions as i believe to give customers a basic knowledge, she will treasure n take care of her nails once u have done it for her....
i believe tackle things the rite way, will make both parties satisfied.![]()
Dont say 60 bottles of polishes. even 10 bottles and a whole bag of tools is already very heavy for a girl to carry. Did she bring her own towels? if so, imagine how heavy it is.
So sorry to hear it happen to you, especially for the most important day in your life.
I recently had a terrible experience at Regal Nails. A third of my nail corroded due to the glue used. And so many other stuff went on wrong there.
I think the better, more professional ones are in the city.
