i'm not sure are they actually called Citibella or Crystal Bella..
anyway it's this nail salon at jurong point..
i believe many of you heard of their express manicure at $5..
just giving my comments here after trying today..
basically they don't use OPI, they use Jessica nail colors..
i chose something close to a nude pink, code 338 Sweet Sixteen.
very nice and sweet color indeed, but the service was like, really EXPRESS!!
the staff were really FAST!! it's like they super rushing for time..
makes u feel like they in a hurry to just quickly finish, get u to pay up, and chase u off. get *** i mean?
still, $5 is really cheap.. what can we say yeah.
not too bad i guess, considering it's just 5 bucks.

they are very hard selling for asking u to purchase their mani or pedi package...
I signed up with them twice, and 3rd time i firmly don't want to sign..

coz jp is quite far from my house... so i don't wish to sign again.

I have too much unpleasant experiences with different nail salon le =p
My perm home based manucurist charges $6 or $8 for express mani/pedi, slightly more expensive than the stated price, but the environment is really cozy and nice, and she is NOT a hard seller. When I was bored, she chatted and joked with me; when I need to be alone, she just concentrating doing her awesome work without disturbing me. There was once when she found out that I wasn't in the mood, she gave me a hand mask + crystals on my nails FOR FREE!

She is a freelance manicurist, stays at Tampines.
Hee..
Of course I do not mind to share her excellent skills with you all babes.
I believe that you will "fall in love" with her and her skills after the first try =)

I went to citibella once at JP and never went back again. Very lousy skills and the whole place was just rather dirty. They didnt even bother to clean and sterilise the tools and i was rathe disgusted. They were also eager to get me out of the shop even when my nails were not really dry yet. In the end, cos of their rushing, my polish smudge the moment i stepped out and since i was running late i didnt bother going back for touch up. horrible place.

I also went to citibella once, not going back there anymore. As usual keep pushing to sign packages or buy there products. Hai the products I kept at home till now never use. And the skills is not very good also. One word to describe "lousy"! Is true that ur nails is not dry yet then they are like want u to take out $$ and pay 1st then get out of the shop.

Used to patron them quite regularly like a year ago cuz the shop at JP is near my place and I thought their pricing was quite cheap. At first, it was okay.. not until they started hard-selling and I ended up signing up one mani/pedi package with them.. which until now I haven't even finish using it! Just so horrified by the manicurists' hard-selling tactics! Super turned off. They also pushed me into buying their nails strengthener and stuff. Also, I don't really like their line of polishes.. take so freaking long to dry. OPI is so much better! Don't think I'll ever go back to them again..

I've heard complains about citibella. They are good at ruin ppl's lives. No wonder they lost their casetrust accreditation.
Better don't visit them.
