No harm trying actually. I'm those sort who can't turn people down so when they keep asking me to sign their packages, I felt very stressed. I guess the girls doing the nails are fine. It's the lady, Yanni, whom I cannot stand.

she's not the lady boss but the supervisor/in charge.
i am a regular there..they never used to be so pushy until the recent months.
perhaps they get pressure to push package.
even though i hv package there, when my mum went to do without me..they sometimes will get my mum to do other service of the month saying it's cheaper n more worth it.which when i heard from my mum, i get kinda pissed off.
but compared to another unamed nail salon i went to b4 CNY, pretticure is still better and more hygiene conscious..at least the equipments are sterilised,they put clean towel on the foot rest and on u or on their lap.the OTHER one i went to never do that and it's very messy with the dead skin being swept onto the floor.eeks

Yes, I agree with Rainzz on the hygiene part. The place is clean and cosy and the tools are sterilized. It's a nice place to go to really. Just that you have to be prepared to be pushed into signing a package.

Same experience, last time at Jurong east they dont ask me if I want to add extra stuff. My package is spa pedicure, so it *** be pretty comprehensive.

Think the staff are under pressure to push their sales, but as long as you are firm that you dont want, they are not that pushy compared to some other salons that I've been to.

I miss the massage chair that they used to have in Jurong though. No more massage machine in West coast plaza.

Have to agree with you guys that Pretticure has become pushier and pushier. They were not that aggressive when i first patronised them in JE. Now, all they wan from you is to sign packages. Kinda disappointed but i guess they are pressurised by their management.

Also Yanni can be veri veri aggressive and rude at times. You girls have been warned...

I signed up a package with them for gelish and it was a terrible. The first two times I had my gelish done as still fine, till the third time onwards the service became from bad to worse, the did not remove my gelic from my nails properly so much so that I still can feel the roughness on my nails and I has to go down a second time to re-soak , the most ironic part was that they wanted to charge me $25.00 just for the soak off and it should be bared by them for not doing a proper job.Lucky the supervisor in charge came and told them to wave it off. Two weeks ago I did the fourth time and it was a pretty bad experience, they filed ny nails very roughly till the skin beside my nials were pain and reddish, I feedback that it was painful but she still continued to file roughly like she was rushing to get the job done and last few days when I went down for a soak off, again they didn't remove the gelish properly and I had to go down a second time. Again they filed roughly and left a scratch on the skin near my nails. I'm truly dissapointed by their service levels and will never renew my package with them. I'm even complentating whether or not to get them to refund back the balance and look for a better manicure boutique.

I never been to this salon also. Any recommendation of who to look with? I want somebody that is oc in her service and careful. i am not into removing cuticle too much. Of course I want a polite one. Can someone tell me who to look with?
