Hi I am going to join my friend's manicure Business, she currently runs a shop at Bugis Village, but has been tired of doing all the management stuff like recruiting and managing staff/manicurist , book keeping and etc.

Do anyone interested to work for us? either as a part/full time staff, and soon if she's capable, can soon be promoted to be the supervisor and manager and be given a part of the profit sharing.

I am looking at an experiences manicurist with a skillfull nail art, good attitude/service oriented and good in selling will be a plus. However, if there's ones who are still not very experience or skillfull, my friend is willing to train, and trust me my friend is very good.

we are going to restructure the organizations, soon when everything is running smoothly, I am going to expand to few branches and all the staffs who do well will be promoted to manage each branch and get the profit sharing plan, I am talking about the partnership in the long run, that is my vision, not a one man show/family business.
