Haven't been to this forum for a long time. Each time I come back I managed to get very useful information.

Anyway, I had my gel nails done a couple of weeks back home in TW as shown in the attached pics. Cost me around NTD1500 which is about S$70 for the extension and nail art. Now need to find a manicurist to do soak off and a new set.

Tried SMS and calling Clara to fix an appointment. She was busy and said will call me back. Hope to hear from her soon.

Does she entertain appointments from new customers or is she only serving her regulars? Any new customers made an appointment with her successfully recently?

yes ive waited for her for more than ah hour before and when she arrive she say dun hv much time for me cos she hv other appt.i was like wtf you are late not me?i will never go for her again no matter how gd her skill are,if she dun value customer why *** we value her skill

anyway, i am a firm believer of service especially when you are in the service industry.

i am in the service industry too and knows that i will have to leave my moods and problems at home when i am working.

how do you know that we arnt polite or nice temper to her?

she is a person who works by her mood

customers are our pay master and thats what my boss has engraved in me.

no matter how skillful a person is, without personality or EQ, you cannot go anywhere anyway

nimeesha i got mine settled with ladyfinger and is very well done.

comparable to clara, if not better

especially in terms of service and attitude

i dont mind paying more for good service and attitude

at least i wont get bullied even when i am spending money.

but then again, both their EQ and attitude are superb

they pampar their customers and treated customers with respect

they will never allow even their staff to treat customers as in how clara treated her customers.

I have had my share with her sometime back & will NEVER go back to her. No matter how skillful she is... I rather not put up with her *moods & attitudes*

After all we pay to get our nails done...much part of it the process allows us to relax & feel good thereafter so if we have to put up with last minute *mood* cancellations or stuck up attitude cos of her raved works....FORGET IT! I rather get a good enough one which is easily sought
