I used to frequent them. However, my recent experience hasn't been too good. I feel that the new employees tend to chat a lot and the finished job wasn't well-done. I can still see certain parts of my toenails especially those at the corners that weren't painted and this had happened more than once. I will stop going to them after finishing this current package.

On the contrary, Polished Divas is now my new found love.

Yes they are very BAD!! I just went there this afternoon. Firstly, I called to make an appt and asked them abt the 1 for 1 promo if still going on...and they said yes. After my pedi/mani session with my sis, they told me that promo is not updated on the website. The current promo is $55 for and 2nd person pay 50%.

They were unprofessional. Service sucks. Their skills are not good at all too!!
I will definitely not recommend anyone there!!

I m a regular there, and after my last trip on last sat. I have decided to boycott tthem. Very pushy and kept asking you to buy this, add this...i felt offended and pressurize. We customer go there to enjoy the services and not being pressurized to buy anything.

They will make unpolite remarks on you if you refused to buy anyting from them.

i don't understand why the services now sucks big time. i m still feeling upset.

I used to go there when they are new and their service is not bad then. but when they get more wellknown, standard starts to drop. Didn't go since last year i guess. didn t know that they are so bad now...
