I have a package with them too and so far i find their service standard pretty good. Although i must admit their techniques are not comparable, maybe because they are still relatively new in this industry, it's still acceptable and so far still presentable.

really start to get irritated with them...
i called to book appt for CNY, they say on the 16 & 17 Jan, they only do express service, even though you have a package with them...what is this....when i buy the package, they did not say so...........

i start to feel disgusted with them, cannot wait to finish the package and hop on to other nail salon.

shanghai dreams is into my blacklist list...

if anyone want to take over my package, just PM me...

i also realise its harder and harder to get appt with them. And when i do, they really take their own sweet time. Eg, i get there at 3.30, they start at 4. Then during the time they start on my pedi, they will always go to another customer first, and put me as 2nd piority. It really irritates me too as I have been there so long but they really treat me as like "aiyah this girl not impt when got time then do *** do others first".

its always the case, when the business pick up, the service level goes down. to me, as long as they don't pull a long face and spoil my day, i'm ok. but waiting 30 mins is too long for me.
As for chinese new year, a lot of places is like that. My manicurist told me they only take in 3 sets of full mani and pedi for those days and the rest is express. Reason being they are not able to satisfy all their customers who sign package so advise us to do a full one earlier and go back for express at a nearer date. Maybe the manicurist did not explain properly. Prepare to pay surcharge during CNY period.

i've been there to do both classic mani and pedi only once and im hesistating if i should go back again. their ambience is really good but they did a very rush job for me. they finished my mani and pedi within 45 mins and they did not even paint my nails properly. i was quite upset when the nail colour started chipping the next day. And although they are friendly, but i feel that i was not attended to 100% as they were rushing here and there to attend to other customers.

agree with you! they are still friendly to me but they dont give 100% anymore unlike last time.. After i finish my package maybe i wont continue.. But i love the environment, very relaxing, unless there is some loudmouth talking loudly on the phone then the whole room can hear. Lol.

45 mins for mani and pedi is too fast. I did express mani and pedi is already 45mins! if continue like this, i won't want to go back too. No matter how good the service is, its still not value for money. BTW, do they steralise their tools in between customers or not?

ya... i usually have my classic mani and pedi done in like 2 hours? that's why i was quite shocked that they finished it so fast! i felt that my legs were in awkard position cuz they were positioned in an angle which made my back ached.

ya ya ya, i always feel like my leg is going to cramp. Lucky my manicurist let me straighten my legs and i always fell asleep after that. Too comfortable

although i really like the ambience alot, but think the experience has put me off a little which is why i *** make an appt to go back there for quite some time. maybe i should give them a chance again.

i love their ambience, makes me feel comfortable, but feel that their skills and service not up to standard already. they always finish my mani and pedi in 45 mins.. Thats after 30mins of waiting. Only when im lucky and there is no one else there will they attend to me right away, but still 45mins of mani and pedi only.

luckily my package for 5 sets of mani and pedi costs 150$ only because of the uob promotion so its 30$ each mani and pedi.

After Shanghai Dreams, i will be going over to Nail Xpert. They shifted to Purvis street! near my office

i've yet to find a good nail salon that i can stick to. so far charme leaves the best impression but they're not super fantastic either.
