Matcha Green Tea Powder is the best for acne, You can try this. It will help you to solve your acne problem. My acne problem is also solved after using it.
A US study found that consuming matcha green tea can increase thermogenesis (the body’s own rate of burning calories) from a normal 8%-10% of daily energy expenditure, to between 35% and 43% of daily energy expediture. Also suitable for acne & rosacea. 137 x antioxidants of regular green tea. Raises energy for up to 6 hours

Best is to see a doc if it's sudden serious outbreak and try to find out what may be the cause of it if it's sudden breakout. I changed new job sometimes ago n experience sudden breakout around chin area too, tried seeing doc, prescribed some AHA cream but no effect :-(. Saw on internet that cod fish oil can cure hormonal acne, bought some from Watsons but acne got worsened <nightmare>, tried supplement bought from Guardian but stopped cos made my heart beat faster after taking it <horrific>. To this extent i'd already given up <depressed> Then while surfing Qoo10, saw there's this DHC Placenta which caught my attention as i using DHC skin care prodt. Googled placenta n see that it can balance hormones in addition to all the beauty benefit claims. Give it a shot n bought 1, if it doesn't cure my acne, still hope that it'll improve my general skin condition. It may sounds like sales pitch here but after 1 week of consumption, the acne cleared up!!!! <miracle> i'm on my 2nd pkt (each pkt last 30 days) now n haven't had any outbreak since then n the previous scars had also faded :-D
Long story here but *** wanna share my experience. So yes, you can consider taking the DHC placenta too.

I saw those acne products selling on Qoo too. Bought the acne soap, still waiting for my parcel to ship out.
