For smudgeproof eyeliner, K-Palette 24hr Liner and Kiss Me Heroine liquid eyeliner work very well and can be easily removed using Cleansing Express for eyes.

The best eyeliners I have tried so far are:

1. Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil - awesome eyeliners, easy to use and glide, intense color and doesn't smudge at all, long lasting!

2. Dior crayon eye pencil - easy to use and glide, pretty intense color, slightly matt effect, long lasting and doesnt smudge too, if you want a softer look, this is the one!

3. Mac liquid eyeliner in pen form - intense color, easy to use, pointed tips that allows right amount of liquid, doesnt smudge too!

Lancome eyeliner is pretty smudge proof.

I recently picked up the L'oreal Super liner in black and I can honestly say its probably one of the best liquid felt liners I;ve ever used. Its easy to manuever and the pigmentation is very strong. I've tired the dolly wink eyeliner which has been raved about - which I didn't see the point of seeing that the pigmentation was horrible. Lasting power is really good, I did a session of pilates with it still on and it's lasted throughout without smudging at all. Definitely the best eyeliner that the drug store has to offer so far in my opinion!

I use the k-pallete 1 day tattoo waterproof in micro (smaller brush) and bobbi brown gel liner for smudge proof. I use them both in my korean style or ulzzang eyeliner tutorial:
