Thats right, they keep increasing the price lately. I have stopped buying though i really like it alot. But i find it heartpain to spend 5 to 6k getting a bag which i don't see myself carrying for like more than 3-6 years or so.

Well Chanel intends on increasing it's price 1-2 times a year to eventually match Hermes' pricing, so I would suggest buying a Chanel bag sooner rather than later if you wish to own one.

In case you are not aware, Chanel just increased their price again from 1st May!!!
I'm like further and further away from their Classic!!

The timeless classic (double c clasp) or the 2.55 reissue (rectangular clasp)?

My preference is the timeless classic. I dun quite like the rectangular clasp for some reason...

I prefer the timeless classic too. It can lasts for years and years, makes my money worth as its not cheap at all. The price will only go up and never down.

Well I am only familiar with the jumbo costing as I prefer that size. It has just gone up from 3700usd to 4300usd and I believe it is now 6600+ in Singapore, not very sure on the exact price. Originally Posted by twinkleangle

Chanel bags are so classic, esp the lambskin quilted one.
But i'll prob nvr be able to afford one even if i saved $ in 10 lifetimes.
