Where do you clean/maintain your branded handbags?

I've a couple of bags (one w/ leather straps, another made almost completely of suede) I would like to get cleaned professionally, however I don't know who I should go to! I know of My Bag Spa @ Millenia Walk, but I doubt they offer the most reasonable rates due to their location (y'know how it usually is, the more "atas" the place is, the higher the rent, & the more I'll have to fork out).

    Please share! Thanks.

I brought my Burberry's bag to Colourwash at Siglap Centre, I read about it here and on some other forums/from friends. The service is good and price is reasonable. I paid about $60 for my bag. They charge by size (can fit A4, etc)

    HTHs!

    Hi there

I heard there is a luxury bag cleaning kit made specially for branded bags, to be launched in Singapore soon, first in the world products made ONLY for luxury brand handbags. Safe to use for even the most delicate and exotic leather.

I am NOT talking about Apple care products, it is NOT GOOD, I purchase the Apple cleaner & care for my FENDI bag and it is so strong it stripped the color off my bag !!!!

I haver been following this thread for quite some time, and I am astonished at how cotters will spend thousands of dollars on a handbag, yet complain about a difference of $3-4 in the cost of a leather care product.

A while ago, another cotter was posting about LEXOL Leather Cleaner, and LEXOL Leather Conditioner.

I clean/wipe all my bags each time after using, after airing i will put paper stuffings inside my bags to maintain their shape, store inside the dustbag provided and store in an upright position inside my wardrobe.

i also bring my bags to colour wash for leather conditioning and waterproofing for extra protection.

Most of my bags are generally well-maintained and in pretty good conditions as i baby all my bags.

The leather cleaner for stains removal is the humble ERASER. No, it’s not the soft white eraser. You need the small hard eraser knob at the top of the wooden lead pencil! You run the hard eraser gently over the stains and see for yourself the diminishing patch. Do not rub too hard to avoid damaging the leather. The stain may not disappear completely but it will lighten significantly.

This trick may not remove leather stains of all types. But this could be one of the cheapest luxury bags leather care you can find. You have nothing much to lose!

I often use this method to clean my LV handbag.
