My friend damaged my chanel bag chain, i called up the boutique and they told me if they dont have the spare part in singapore, they will have to send it to paris and that might take more than 4 months to repair. I was so upset when i heard that.

Hi all, sorry if I'm out of topic. I need a little help here.

Recently I purchased a pair of earrings from a famous site from SG that claimed that the earrings is authentic.

After receiving the pair, I cant help but to doubt the authenticity of the earrings.

Please see the picture below.


From what I understood, authentic Chanel earrings tend to have plastic disc metal backs.. but the one I got off from the site has a normal stud..

I even brought it to Chanel boutique today to get it check on the authenticity but the SA could not verify it as they do not have it in their record.

Need some advice here. Please help.

If they do not have it in their record, they as staff there should know if its genuine or not right? Just like their chanel bags, i'm sure they will know how to see the real and fake ones.

Hi, i wish somebody could enlighten me with my quries. I bought my GST bag in mid Dec 2011 at HK airport . As it was a last min shopping before i board the plane, i only realised my bag came without the box when back in SG! the SA who served me didnt mentioned anything about the box. Now i called SG boutiques to try getting the box, but they say all chanel bags comes with only 1 box and they have no spare boxes to give me, and probably SG and HK policies are different... Has anybody bought chanel bags from HK airport before? Does it comes with a box?? Please help!

does any of you ladies have experience with CHanel singapore to repair your Chanel lambskin bags? are they able to repair wear and tear of the leather, causing some 'cuts' or tears? in the leather flap itself?
