Trade in diamond jewelery??

I saw a friend trade in her earrings and necklaces with SooKee some years back.

Just like to ask if we can bring in our jewelery to LeeHwa, SooKee, Goldheart etc to trade in? Those white gold with small diamonds types. I got a necklace and pendant which i wanna trade in and maybe get something else. It's from Goldheart but I lost the receipt.

i think if at the time of purchase you left your name and IC they could trace from there and make the depreciation calculations.
Maybe you wanna bring your items down and have them check their records?
