How about good quality, good design, knowledgeable customer service (no hardselling or telling stupid tales like 10 0.1 carat sized diamonds are very hard to source for *snort*), and attractive price point without stupid mark-ups and then adding a 50% sale sign plastered to the windows every quarter.

If there's one, pls share. I'm still looking for one.

This is not on the list.. but i really like Perlini's silver! I think their customer service is excellent and their jewellry is really pretty! Albeit nowadays the designs abit bwang.

I like Moshi Moshi jewelry.It always coated with white gold onto a silver item. And their design is awesome

I like the collection at Jewels Galleria at Forum Galleria. Mostly trendy. Love the slightly larger pieces there. I don't have their member card ... so always topang my girlfriend's card for the discount. Oh! And there's also a "special" stash ... must ask the ladies there if there are any special design pieces *BIG HINT*. They're fab!
