what do you girls think about buying pre-owned "branded" jewellery? anyone have any reliable websites that carry cartier/bulgari/vca to introduce?

i was at van cleef yesterday and found out that the 20 motives necklace cost S$14k++

i don't think i'll ever spend that kind of money on mother of pearl even tho it's a classic item.

.....maybe if i can find pre-owned ones at lower price?

Hi v ni, i'll sure get preowned jewellery if the price is cheap enough maybe 30%-35% lower then retail. Anyway it can be polish & will look new after all. No one can tell whether its preown or new ;0)
