There are a few different types: Rose, Yellow, White Gold and Platinum.
Which one are you looking at?
IIRC, the white gold ones costs ard $1.3k.
It's better to make a trip down to the shops.
Try the boutique at Hilton or DFS. The service is very good.

no idea about the cost but Cartier doesn't do sterling silver jewellery, it's white gold

if i recall correctly, the yellow gold one is about $14k but i think that also depends on the size, i think the one i tried on is either 16 or 17.

i tried on the one with diamonds i think i must have blocked out the price from my memory cos i have absolutely no idea
