custom/tailor-made jewellery???

hi sweeties,
anyone have any lobang of making custom-made jewellery?? eg. replica model ring from cartier.... and so on...

once visited a custom-made jewellery shop in city plaza.. the price was reasonable. as i wanted a same ring from the brocher i gave him.. the ring cost about 1000++. the custom-made was around 300++...he (from hongkong)moved and cant locate him anymore.. TIA
