who experience this before............ kindly share on how to cure it?

btw, what could have causes this..

Is it blisters? If so it might be cold sore. If pus can it be a pimple? as you mentioned it is not on the lip itself. Hope it's just a pimple.

it looks like a pimple, with pus at the edge of the lip.. any idea on how to cure it?

If its a pimple,one way is to prick it to drain the pus off,use a food safe/ organic antheseptic stringent to help it heal faster
