    obesity in the world today is becoming one of the world's major problems. Although it continues to spread like a pandemic, the fight is becoming more and more difficult. This is because obesity can be
    combated only by watching your diet and exercise. And therein lies the problem "lifestyle." We chose the unhealthy foods from fast food restaurants because it is easier to cook, and saves time. This is the
    same reason we do not exercise, no time! But what if I only had time for one of these approaches? What would you choose? Diet or exercise?

    Drinking water is a great part of weight loss programe. And avoid junk food it you really want to readuce your over weight....
