Alternatives to liposuction?

Any reviews for alternative treatments to replace liposuction? E.g. RF, meso, velaeshape...

I've tried RF but only a few times. Good results but because I only tried it for a few times so I duno whether the results will be better or permanent if I continued.

Any other experiences to share?

As far as I know liposuction is the best method. Many people have got good results from it. But it is essential to contact right person for the treatment. Only from experienced surgeon you can expect good results.

Hi all, Perhaps you can try Smartlipo? I am planning to get it done on my arm and waist. As I am currently still studying, I am worried about the recovery time.
