    hey girls!!!

Shall we have one weight loss challenge in July or August?

I can volunteer to organise one - but of course, if there are some who are willing to help, then let's do it together! =)

Shall we also plan for something to start so that some who are having difficulties can share their own successful experience with others?

I am going to Shanghai beginning of July... We can plan something for mid July or beginning August. I am open for any suggestions =)

Let's do it, do it, do it! ;-)

LATE update girls, promptly fell asleep last night after bathing

Yesterday was my first day breaking back into weightloss mode after the flu, so I had to go slow on myself. My priority was more on eating healthy, low calorie meals, as opposed to hard exercise.

    1. 30 minute walk around the neighbourhood with 3 short stretches of brisk walking, 5 minutes per time.

    2. Came home did 15 situps, 25 pushups.

    3. Prepared sliced fish soup with shirataki noodles. shirataki noodles are wonderful replacements for normal noodles, as they contain ZERO calories. i think they are made from the same thing konnyaku jellies are made of. yup so 0 calories and very low glycemic index. for those who dont know what the GI is, read here: www.glycemicindex.com. The noodles don't have a particular taste to them actually, very light but still quite filling. So I think the trick is to prepare a good stock to go with the noodles, so you get a tasty, filling meal that is extremely low in calories.

    4. Bathed then went to bed.

weight: 55.6Kg! I just changed my scale, so I don't know whether this is more or less than before

    1. Upped the intensity of my workouts today. joined the aerobics class today and did 30 min of pure cardio. took a small break, supplemented with accelerade and a multivitamin, then went onto the bicycle. did that for 20 min. then finished off by walking at a brisk(though not fast) pace for 15 min.

    2. Went to sauna too!! but decided to leave after 5 min haha. bathed in gym. bought wholemeal panini with lots of vegetables and turkey breast.

    3. Cotting

    Weight: 55.5Kg! 100 GM! LOL

    Default Start a WAR!

    Weight Loss War!

    Hey girls!

Shall we start a weight loss competition?
I believe it will help to motivate each other better.
Who knows, we can even make new friends???

I think virtual weight loss tracker like this is an awesome start -
this is esp convenient for busy people to start tracking their progress through a forum, sharing tips, and discisplining yourself to lose weight.

However, will it be better to meet-up together for some casual, losing-weight activity?

    1. Lazy lazy day. Sometimes they hit you know, so you just dont feel like doing anything much. But nevertheless, forced myself on that stupid treadmill. Got going for a jog for about 5 min, then increased pace for 5 min, then decreased pace for 5 min, then increased again for the last 5.

    2. Tried lifting light weights, did about 2 sets of 20 reps per arm. i hope i dont get muscle mass though, cos that weighs more -.-

    3. I didn't actually feel like cooking again today so I bought one of those dinner sets that you find in a gourmet deli. I got the Oven Roasted Chicken with Side Salad. The fillet was quite huge, so I ate about half only. Quite wasteful, considering that I'm rather hungry now lol.

    4. Got home, watched tv for awhile, bathed, cotting!

Weight: 55.3Kg. I think its slowly going down

    Wow!
You girls are really motiving and inspiring.

Joined in. Height at 159cm, weight at 50kg! I never ever hit 50's in my life, no offence to other ladies, but this is the 1st time ever for me. The highest I reach was 53kg at mid of last year. Fortunatly I manage to shed off the 3kg till now! Not a lot considering the fact that I wish to drop till 45kg! Will continue to work harder!!
