I won't recommend buying from blogshop because you can't be sure it is of the quality until you actually cook and try it. Should you find problems with it, the seller will find excuses.

I was lured by slightly cheaper price and bought 1 tael. Seller claimed they supply to restaurants, etc that's why they can sell it cheaper, blah blah blah.. Turned out, the bird nest was gluey after cooking in the slow cooker for 30mins!

I emailed the seller and she claimed that it is because I am not used to consuming Indonesia bird nest and I did not follow her cooking instructions.

anybody tried Emperor Brand's Bird's Nest?? i like the concentrated bottles... stopped drinking those small individual bottles after i found the concentrated bottles.. more bird's nest inside....

anybody who has lobang with blogspot/shops selling bird's nest, please share!!

All of us can learn to self brew the birdnest and they are definitely more nourishing than those bottles ones =)

Hi, I was given a box of bird's nest when I went Myanmar, but the thing is the bird's nest are all in cube forms, not the usual nest form. I have no experience in cooking bird's nest, how do I guage whether I've soaked it long enough to cook? And how long to cook?
