Hmm, then Dr Atkins diet isn't really for everyone though.

Satinchris : I seriously would love to have tht discipline. But my damn appetite doesn't allow me to do tht. When i try to go shopping, I end up snacking, when I shut myself at home, I also snack again.

me too.. and i can't drink that much water when i'm out the whole day as i have to keep rushing off to the toilet.. (somehow water passes through me in an amazingly fast rate) but i feel so bloated

can't wait for school to start properly before i can start hitting the pool and gym

I'm planning to check out this salon at Tampines, a neighbourhood salon. My friend signed up for a package of 10session at $600 and she lost 15kg in 3 months! Of course, she watched her diet too. Beats going to Marie France and paying $10k for it!

I believe that eating all things in moderation is still the best.. Dr Atkins focus too much on taking away carbo in his diet, which imho, is not exactly healthy.

sorry to roughen this thread up again. but not to mention, he emphasize on mea. and meat in large quantities(like anything in large quatities) is never healthy. moderation is the key.

hi, i heard it at marine parade there, but the new centre not yet open, think at mth end ba.
No sure how much but he said quite cheap and affortable, Somemore opening sure got special price de. Hee.Will gonig to the opening and take at look. Who wants to go?
