    Default Supplements/Vitamins you use

This is just a survey for myself as i'm negotiating a wholesale deal with iherb.com for my other business.
Don't worry i won't push/hardsell anything to you, i'll list it on Cozy Swap if you're interested.

Anyway, i'd like to know what vitamins and supplements that you use - where you get it from and how much you're paying for it.

Reason being that i wish to match the prices and give better value/savings.
    Thank you in advance.

Now Foods, Neptune Krill Oil, 500 mg, 60 Softgels

So far this one is the best value/potency/review
Another thing is that I trust NOW more than other brands as they've give me good experience with their products - good quality + value.

No other place in SG sells Krill oil?

Im using One A Day for Women. I bought it for like $30++ at Watsons or Guardians. I need to take multi vits daily cause of my eating habits I dont get enough vits and my work schedule demands alot of my time so I can hardly cook for myself (only on my off days) I was wondering if there are any multi vits that doesn't make you crave to eat Cause with most of the multi vits I take it gives me hunger pangs which normally doesn't happen when Im off the vits. If you have vits that doesnt make you hungry often that would be great.

mutli vitamins are just that - vitamins.

You crave for food because your body requires food as fuel. It is not healthy to keep starving yourself due to work.
Grab a MRB - meal replacement bar/ i get mine from ntuc organic section muesli bars at $5.50 for 6 - 2 bars last me about 1 1/2 hour before i get hungry again..high in fiber low in sugar/frutose/low GI - thats just me i work out alot so my metabolism is high.

It may last you longer, i usually take 2 bars when i wake up late for work to eat while walking to the mrt.

Well i understand shift work, been doing shift work for 2 years - Navy;out at sea an doing duties then 1 year as customer service.

If you're hungry just eat, avoid carbs and have more fat via olive oil/ protein - meat and fiber from leafy vege.

If you to rush then do like what i did - buy a spring chicken from cold storage ask them cut into half and get them to put in two bags.. eat one part of it first slowly, when you're done continue eating the other half.

cost you 6 bucks for a meal which last you the whole night..just don't drink sugar drinks or sweeten ones.

Welcome I think most importantly is do not skip meals, try to grab sth in between so that you dont starve, sth healthy, like fruits or anything that is just low-fat.
