Kye, i only jab once a month IF there is mature follicle. I just started clomid this month.

Dreamiez, yes, my gynae diagnosed as PCOS without blood test. I read up those PCOS symptoms, and yes, i got most of the symptoms.

Peony,about TCM, i think there are tons of reputable ones around. Im sure it all works about the same about regulating menses. I go Sincheong @ People's park centre.

These 2 months, my period came during day 31-32 which im quite pleased with it. But then im not sure which is the one that help most, cos im seeing western n chinese doc at the same time.

P/S: whats BCP?

I am not sure whether i have PCOS, but I do have irregualr mensus and my gynea ask me to eat diane-35 to regulate my mensus. I took diane 35 for another 9 months. After i stop diane 35, my mensus become "weird" and irregualr again, sometimes i will just have "stain" rather than mensus.

Now i am taking "bai Feng wan" to regulate my mensus, so far don't have much problem and it really regulate my mensus, but i do not know whether it contain any drugs. Most of the ingredient are from chinese herbs.

My godmom tell me that her friend's daughter-in-law pregnant after taking "bai feng wan" as the daughter-in-law cannot get pregnant after few years of marriage life.

Wow, which particular brand that works for you? I am interested to take the bai feng wan but heard that different brands might produce the different results. Some of them may not as effective.

Also, may i know how often do you take it? once a week or daily?

Dreamiez, im just trying my luck la, i dont think is much of conflicts. Both my doc is aware im seeing western n chinese doc I thought u r TTC-ing, or r u not? If everyone is using bcp to regulate menses, how do u get preggie?

Bai feng wan sounds like an option now. I did buy some from Eu Yang San before and didnt take much! I think is more ex than seeing a TCM

jemay: my mil is against me using both together, so i guess i have no choice. nope not ttc-ing yet, just wanted to know how it would affect ttc-ing with this condition. I'm gonna regulate first than try. won't want to have a miscarriage again.

I tried spirulina and nothing changed. Now my super big pack of spirulina fm fancl is sitting in my drawer and i cannot decide if I want to continue ..

now i gather there seems to be many different options for me:
1. bai feng pill
2. TCM
3. Clomide
4. jab

my girlfriend who has been diagnosed with PCO is pregnant with her 2nd baby .. she supposedly took some medication for a year before finding herself with a baby during one of her visit for a pap smear .. what a pleasant surprise .. anyway, Min recommended her gynae from TMC .. i'm going to find out what that pill is .. hope its not clomid .. cos this little pill doesnt work for me

Beside Clomid, there is another pill that can help. I cant remember the name right now, i will check it later.

I am taking Eu Yan Sang Jin Pai Bai Feng Wan. I didn't try any other brand before and i found that the ingredients are more than other brand. But it's more expensive. But I always stock up in Malaysia, price is RM88 and 5% discount for member. Singapore price is SGD45.30, which is 15% to 20% more expensive after convert.

I take one bottle per week, one month 3 bottles as the week having menses cannot take.

I don't know, so far i never stop eating it.

Thanks Jemay!! Checked with Min, she confirmed its metformin. I'll go find out more on this pill .. anyone seen WK Tan from TMC before? I'm going to drop my Dr Soon @ Paragon Medical Ctr ..
