i have constipation too! I read somewhere that it's not good to do colon cleansing too often as it cleanses away the healthy bacteria or something?? can't really remember the reason.. hee..

    Default Colon Cleansing

    Hey cotters,

i have been having acne outbreak for the past weeks, and my beautician said is due to the "accumulated toxin" in the body and hence recommend me to do colon cleansing.

just wonder if anyone of you have tried colon cleansing before? The procedure is quite "gross" where water will be pumped into your colon and after a while, all the so-called toxin will be flushed out from the colon!

Please share with me if you have tried and find it useful...

    thanks!
    snow

    Hey cotters!
I've tried colon cleansing for months and the after effects are great. I feel healthier, less fatigue from work and I even lost some weight. I'll strongly recommend this method to those who want to maintain a good health in an affordable and completely safe way and to treat as well as prevent constipation. Colon cleansing use 100% clean water to wash your colon and discharge all the toxics stored in your body for years. Some people take pills to do this but that involves chemicals, which is definitely less safe than using just water.
The procedure is actually not 'gross' like what you may think. I usually go to Clinique D'tox at Camden Centre and you can find how it's done at this website 'www.clinique-dtox.com' . you will feel great once you're used to it.

You can check it out here ( http://clinique-detox.com/index.php?...d=33&Itemid=53 ) .I think they're having some promotions now. You can get good discount if you become their frequent costumer. At first I thought it was quite expensive but after comparing with other places, I think this clinque has the most reasonable price comes with satisfying service.

I've heard that colon cleansing is not good as it is a 'not natural' procedure applied to body. My gastro specialist says no when I mentioned detox and I am imagine his reaction to colon cleansing.

Since the liquid for cleansing is not pumped into body through the mouth, image which part of body had a hole that have access to gastric, that part of body will be used to pump the liquid in.....

I tried colon cleansing once. I did not continue because my working timing cannot accomodate it. I actually quite like the experience. Before I tired, I also find it quite gross but after trying it, the experience was quite alright. There is not pain. The assistants there will help you insert a staw like thing to your S-hole . You can also choose to do it yourself. Then they will cover you with a cloth so you wont feel embrassed at all. And there is no smell as well. When the water is being pumped in, you'll just feel like you need to poo. It would be good if you can try to hold the water in for a while so that it can clean better but if you cant, you can just relax and let the water flow. You'll be able to see particulars being flashed out. After the session, you'll actually feel very fresh and clean.
I believe i'll take up a package when i can afford the time.

I did tried colon cleansing at home using some product.

After the cleansing, i feel better and healthy.

Basically, the product have to be taken in the morning.
You can't take any food for 4 hours.
You need to drink a lot of water at least 2 litres of water during the 4 hour time.

The product will have some effects on your body.
You might feel some pain in your stomach or lower abdomen.
    It is normal.

You will need to go to the toilet to remove your bowel.

That is the whole process. Simple and easy.

    Tried once at Camden.
It's not gross nor painful. Feels therapeutic. It's like toxins being purged; slow and effortless.
But personally, if I have to detox, I rather watch my intake and have more fluid. Meaning the natural way. More cost effective too.
