For leg cramps, I take calcium, and homeopathy and most importantly, I also wear knee high athletic socks. The socks keep the calf and ankle muscles warm so they don't cramp. I cut the toes out of the sock so it doesn't get too hot and to free my toes. I'm going to try potassium next and see what that does.
Cranberries! I used to experience cramps like soreness at my back and stomach but after I took cranberries, it improved alot. It also helps to regulate my period cycle which was irregular previously.
I took it in fruit form which I got from the supermarket in packets and cranberry supplements in pill form which I got from drugstore.com.![]()
I suffer very badly during the time of the month. The first and second day is the worst and without my painkiller(Synflex), I totally would not be able to go out cause the pain just don't go away. My doctor told me not to be rely too much on painkiller as I will rely on it too much and it become a norm to me. I need another option perhaps to cure this pain. I try evening primerose too but after taking so long, nothing seemed to ease it. I guess I got to take it for a longer time perhaps?

Hello I am a JC student, the cramps do really affect me very badly both physically emotionally and affects my studies a lot too!); all I can do when I have cramps is just lie around in my bed and wish it would stop.): where to get the free sample of chocomarvel? Is it ex?
my colleague told me that she takes evening primrose oil or something....
she say she took it regularly and her cramps didn't hurt as bad...
for me, i go for soft drinks...
couldn't recall which program mention that gassy soft drinks help alleviate the pain
but i believe it depends on the body of each individual...
I heard from some friends that evening primrose oil is good for cramp, but after taking my body can't adapt well. I gave up after afew weeks.
