imo, taking the thermogenic (fat burner) is better than taking the dieting pill. Both work differently. But change in lifestyle is still needed to reduce total body fat.

just to check does your doctor take the effort of educating you when you want to lose weight or ask you to go on some program? or they just straight away ask you go on reductil?

I bought mine at S$138per box 3rd box free. With heavy exercise, i one month drop 4kg. As the doctor say, only can loose 4.23 kg for me avg per month. If i dont exercise i will gain a bit back. So far not much rebounce. Now is my 3rd box. already drop 9kg for 2 month. I actually want more heavy those 15mg, and tell the doc, it wont have much effect on me already, but the doc who dont know about reductil still give me 10mg. Sianz, now really less impact.
