I've tried Panbesy before. Side effects as mentioned by other cotters. It is only a short-term fix. The weight comes back once I stop taking it.

tried duromine. lost around 6 to 7kgs. maintained it even though appetite increased. lucky me! but my weight doesnt seem to match my appearance.
still have fat arms and thighs.

plus, effects will be immuned if taken many times/courses.

Panbesy and Duromine are the same drug.. just different companies..

I took Panbesy before, but had alot of side effects.. dry mouth, headache, irritability..

Yes I didn't feel like eating but I was nauseous all the time!
I was so bad tempered that I had frequent wuarrels with my husband, who then ordered me to stop!

So I stopped after less than a month, and switched to Reductil.. which is much better in terms of side effects!

Panbesy and Duromine are usually about 30 per box..
I get my Reductil at 140 per box.. Its one of the cheapest I can find already..

Yah Reductil is e better alternative.. less side effects.. But I think must consult the Dr and he will assess and determine if you are suitable..

But I realize that Reductil is more ex than Panbesy. For a prescription of Panbesy for 30 days, It merely cost me $35 dollars a lot lesser than Reductil...

Well for me I have taken Panbesy for almost 2 weeks and now the symptoms of not being able to sleep is better. I could sleep better now. It seems that the bad symptoms is not so strong for me now.

But I wonder if I would be able to shed additional kgs off or will it just remain there and not lose weight.....

Hi ladies, do you take Panbesy with food or without?

I have managed to shed more than 6kg while taking Panbesy daily with empty stomach for months and put on 1kg after taking it 4-5 days a weeks now with my breakfast for maintenance . I find that the side effects is lesser when taken with food. I have better sleep.

For me I take it after brushing my teeth before food then after a while I have my cup of coffee. Then when I go to the office I will have my breakfast.

I agree the part that after taking for some time the side effects seems to be lesser. But I took 2 weeks like not much difference in weight wor...

I take it after breakfast instead because I'm afraid that I might get gastric or collapse. I do feel light-headed, giddy spells and feel like collapsing if I didnt take food for more than 8hrs after consuming Duromine.

No problem girls! But besides these side effects, there are other worst ones if you go google them. Worst one I've seen is either unable to conceive or miscarriage. So you really gotta think thrice before consuming this product!
I've still left about a box of Duromine which I've not taken recently, but I am still losing weight because of my lack of appetite recently. I don't know why either.

The doc will determine through your BMI. It must be above 20++ I can't remember the exact number. So if you are less than that amount, you can't get it. Only doctor's prescription allows you to.

Anyway, reductil is the newest product among those 3. It is way more expensive not only because it's a new product, but also because it's invented to have less side effects or none at all. Can't guarantee that because I've not tried it before myself.

the doc i went to in ghim moh is too expensive, each visit cost $80-$110
