    Default Fatigue/Easily tired

    hey girls.. need help

    i find that i get tired easily...

    is there anything to take or to recommand me to boost myself?

    i don't know why i am always feeling tired even after i sleep..

    exams coming.. i am worried.. please help

    how many hours you sleep per day....maybe u just need some sleep Good luck to your exams

    maybe it's the stress, since you said exams are coming.

    try to relax before you sleep, coz you might not be getting quality sleep. i suffer from such symptoms occasionally... when the mind is so active that even when you are sleeping, the mind is still working.

    try lavender scent in your bedroom to relax. hope you'll feel better soon!

    you not getting quality sleep even if you sleep a full 8-9hours, waking up more than twice in the middle of the night means that you are not getting good sleep. having dreams is a form of sleep disturbance. hearing noises during sleep can also affect because your eyes can be shut but not your ears. hence a noisy fan or noises from outside the window is bad for sleep

    You may be sleeping but in both cases, there are still activities going on.


    lack of water in your body also causes fatique. so drink more water

    exercise helps too

    you should get it checked out. Many possiblities that may be causing your tiring & fatigue. You might need a physical exam....

    your sleeplessness is probably caused by exam stress?? i used to get that too, and that's normal.

    do you still feel fatigued after exams? if yes, then you probably need to learn some relaxation techniques. it's cheaper n easier than seeing a doctor!
