I have been through this...... what has helped me is to flush my system by following a very simple 3-day body detox. Basically, no caffeine. Drink only juice. Eat one good meal per day.

If you are diabetic, you will also need to eat small amounts of food other times during the day.

I'm having same problem now. Feel nausea everytime after meals. Whatever food go in will sure come out from mouth especially at night. Just feel that the food unable to digest like what my doctor told me. She said that there is some shit outside the intestine that why I can't digest properly. Almost everyday I get stomach cramp at work so now can't wait for my hospital appointment next month.

i used to have symptoms like that and GP had been prescribing me medications for gastric flu until the frequency was too high.
I was referred to a specialist for scope and it was found out that I had GERD (Gastro-esophegus reflux disease).
As i had history of gastric, my GP believed that the sudden development of the disease is linked to stress and unhealthy lifestyle (like drinking and sleeping irregularly). And these happened ~2years back. Medication for this GERD was prescribed.
Now i will try to regulate my alcohol intake and try to get as much sleep as possible. It seems to be under control, unless of course I drank too much again. HTHs!

I experience this problem as well. The feeling of bloatedness happens to me from time to time which I guess is attributed to my poor digestive system or intolerance to some types of food. This is still ok for me.

But more recently, I started to feel nauseous after intake of food at lunchtime. It's accompanied with shortness of breath, lack of energy, tension headache and lack of concentration. This feeling would always last for about 1-2 hours. I really hate this feeling as it really makes me feel very sick . But strangely, this doesn't happen after breakfasts and dinners.

Anyway, Google returned with possible causes such as thyroid, gluten intolerance, food allergies, poor digestive health, stomach is slow in emptying the food to the intestines, gall bladder disease, gastroparesis, etc. Of course I won't know what problems I have until I see a doctor. If this problem continues for another week or so, I'm definitely going to seek professional help!
