Any cotters drink Perfect slim EX before working out like Running? Does it helps? Am on the pills now for a week and I eat 3 pills before running and just a 15 mins of running allows me to sweat quite a bit more

just wonder if did the pills help u to lose weight? i've tried the pills before but didn't work out for me. only perspire more than usual i guess. even the calorie limit doesn't work.

Is it better to take both PS and CF together? I was thinking of getting the PS to burn away my fats, so that weight will reduce. Seems like CF is more for maintaining the weight only. If i get a one month supply, will there be any difference?
