Yes! I had braces when i was about 13. Was very religious in wearing the retainers nightly, but i'm not wearing them anymore now.

hehe i only wore my retainers during the day during the first few months..haven't worn them since then and my teeth are the same..i guess i'm lucky? :huh:

I had braces too and was too lazy to wear my retainers! I so regret now cause my teeth has shifted since. I can still feel them shift sometimes... *yikes*

no baby j.. they're not.. specialist and registered dentists.. not post-grad ones..

duckiee, me too! i got my braces off a year ago, and i was supposed to go back every six months to get it checked but i never did get back because i was too lazy with my retainers and i knew my dentist would scold me for that.

well my teeth are pretty straight, but not perfect. and they're not perfectly white, but a lot better than they're ever been too, so i'm happy. i used crest whitestrips for awhile and it really made a difference! so i'd really recommend the whitestrips to anyone who's upset with yellow/stained teeth. check ebay for great deals! you can get them for up to half off retail on ebay!

Nope, not satisfied with my teeth at all. They are straight but I have a little gap. Thinking of getting a bridging done but I am terrified of dentists!

I'm also satisfied with my teeth after removing my braces.. till now, i will still religiously wear my retainer before i go to bed.. Must try to maintain them after spending so much on it..

i used to have "dracula" teeth when i was about 10 YO, but my braces settled that problem about 1-2 years later.

now, i just hope to have less yellow teeth.

im completely satisfied.

i never had to have braces, etc or anything.

though, i've had some sealants because i was born with holes in my teeth on each side (symmetrical!)..

i had a root canal when i was about 4, the dentist was a punk. it was completely unnecessary. =P

have never had braces on before but i had a tooth which is out of position. it kinda overlap its adjacent 2 teeth. other than that, my teeth looks ok.
few years back, my dentist did suggest braces but i am just too chicken to have it done.
i have friends who got braces on complaining how pain it is and they cant eat and etc..
freak me out big time!

oh! i had dracula teeth too.. but didnt go through braces.
I just extracted it out and at first it left a big gaping hole, but when the gums try to 'stick' together, over time it kinda shifted my teeth closer.
So now, my top row is fine but not the bottom row.. but i dont really care cause when i smile.... u cant see the bottom row
