    You won't be able to lose any weight if your lazy. Sorry to say but no weight loss product will lose weight for you. For example, I saw my mother spend countless amount of dollars on this hydroxycut max advanced yet didn't put any effort into working out or exercising and the result was, well there were none.

    Eating much every meal, choose food like high-energy, high fat ect,! but health is the most important!
    But, But i want to lose weight!!

    hm wonder if TS managed to put on weight in the end?
    i've been skinny all my life, but one period managed to put on 8kg in 6 mths..
    had at least 5 big meals a day..typical day's meal would be - mac's hotcakes meal for breakfast, huge lunch, 2 (big) chocolate eclairs for teabreak, huge dinner, huge supper

    Wow I really envy people who can't put on weight after eating so much.

    I heard from my friend who is a nurse told me that normally in hospital they will give under weight patients some pills and make them drink Ensure milk (chocolate, strawberry, original). You can get it from NTUC or pharmacy.

    lonesome285: I think those are like multi-vitamins to increase your appetite? I tried (multivitamins), but somehow felt too unnatural so I stopped

    Anyway I think after enduring years of comments like "omg why are you so skinny. like anytime wind can blow you away. eat more la!" you wouldn't envy them anymore lol.
    People tend to be more sensitive towards overweight people, than they are towards underweight people

    kandyme: Personally I feel that people likes to joke about overweight people or call them pig or Zena. If people saying... "aiyo why you so thin" maybe they are more like caring and some people like to hear that. Slim is better at least you don't have to worry about getting nice clothes. From your picture I think you are about the same size as my sister and many angmo guys want to take picture with her.

    Maybe you can try eating chicken breast meat like how my guy friends trained their size.

    lonesome285: true true. but mostly if ppl are right in front of the overweight person, they'll just keep quiet? hehe. Wow how come your sister has angmo guys wanting to take photos with her? Interesting~
    anyway I gave up already! Just accept how I am now. Plus, starting to 中年发福...got a little potbelly wahaha..

    I try to take supper as often as i can so as to put on more weight. Every meal i will try to take rice and meat. I do see myself gaining at least 2 to 4kg when i eat heavily for my dinner and supper especially.
