i tend to go chung hwa for my constipation because i dont see the need for acupuncture. I only go to this particular Xia's Clinic near Eunos Mrt for acupuncture due to painful/numbing experiences elsewhere. I've yet to try acunpuncture at ChungHwa though....
My friend went chung hwa to tiao li too, because of rare menses. she used to have her period once or twice a year. after visiting chunghwa weekly for 5 to 6 mths, her menses is now regular and normal.
they're cheap and good! i'll recommend them if you wish to regulate your body health by going on tcm for long period of time, because other places, EYS esp, are very expensive. But heard that they're good too, esp their med! Just that chinese med now are expensive, and chunghwa is subsidised so it's alot more cheaper. Oh, but the waiting time may drive you crazy. Avoid going in the morning. Afternoon tends to be less exasperating in terms of waiting time.
Another cheap TCM place is Da Zhong, but I've never visit them before. My dad went for his backache though, his feedback was, not bad, but Xia's Clinic is better.
Xia's Clinic is another TCM place I visit (since young, due to gastric problems). It's opened by a couple, Xie Mu Chang and Cai Yi Fang. It's within a 15 to 20 mins walk from Eunos Mrt Station. I'll always go Xia's when i get migraine, or gastric pain (but now my gastric problem is very much better). Reason why i go Xia's for this two problems is because I'll wanna do acupuncture for them too, it alleviates my discomfort very quickly. Cai yishi is a very skillful acupuncturist, you won't feel a thing when she poke the needle in at all. (note that i always go for migraine, so the needles will be on the top of my head, my temples, sides of my neck, and in between my eyes.) As for the other acupuncturist there, Lin yishi, you might feel a slight pinch, but nothing worth to be worried about.
Oh, but Xia's is much more expensive than ChungHwa. A usual 8 days med for me at Chunghwa cost less than 20. But at Xia's, 2 days med plus acupuncture will be at least 40 bucks.
    Hi,

    Do you have ?

Hi! You can try to take some self brewed birdnest.

Bird’s nest improves the quality of our cells by regenerating new cells and at the same time strengthens the body’s immune system. It is effective for improving respiratory and digestive functions and enhancing recovery from illnesses. Bird’s nest can alleviate fatigue and improve mental clarity when consumed regularly. As such, bird’s nest is traditionally used to enhance overall optimal health.

You can refer to more information from here =) Health Benefits | Seven Stars Birds Nest

I went to the TCM at Redhill, I didnt expect to be waiting for very long as it was quite a small shop, but holy shit, I waited almost an hour for my turn. The chinese physician (she) was very detailed. I was expecting that she could tell what problem i have by touching my wrist. The way she diagnose me is through Q&A. After which, I was issued 1 month supply of chinese herb to drink 4 days a week, the rest of the 3 days on pills. AND OMG!! The bill is $216.

Anyway, I went there with several problems: Constipation, acne/blemish, very short period.

I was asked to look for her again after one month to see how my body react to the medicine she issued.

Disadvantage: her instruction wasn't very clear. I dont know to brew 3 bowls of water with the herb or 2 bowls water etc. I was expecting that she explain what she give me to help with what instead of just issuing me the medicine.

Advantage: She is quite patient and detail when checking with my problems

I will write again with feedback after a month. If I can remember to do so. Hahahaha.
