consume it half an hour earlier before your meals, after that drink another glass of water
consume once or twice daily.

for weight losing, can use this as meal replacement since its quite filling. probably take it three times a day like your proper meal.

its able to mix with fruit juice, honey depends on your liking.

now my face come out those little pimple.... i suppose the detox effect starting le...

This helps constipation indeed. Even Lactus doesn't help but this supplement works. It taste a bit too "green" for me by drinking it alone. Instead I mix it with soybean powder and it taste much better. Since I no longer having constipation problem, I am thinking to let go as I have stock up quite a lot when back to Malaysia since cheaper in Malaysia. PM me. Price negotiable.
