spider, is alli exactly the same as xenical? is hydroxycut or lipo6 better?

i took xenical for 2 months in 2006 and helped me loose 7kg, but my doctor gave me multivitamin to take with it cos apparently he said the fats it inhibits have vitamins too.
honestly, ive not taken hydroxycut or lipo6 before, hydroxycut seems to be very high in demand, maybe because gnc in singapore promoted hydroxycut last time.

yes alli is the same as xenical, just that its half the dose -
alli contains 60g or orilistat (generic name for xenical)
and xenical cotains 120g, so if u wanna take alli like xenical, just pop 2 pills.
im taking alli but i take it only if the meal contains oil, to me its like emergency buffet pill. like if i have to attend some buffet dinner, ill thank god for it

I reached sunday. Op was done monday morning. left medan thur morning.

actually depends on which areas you doing. thighs should stay longer cos harder to walk. Another lady did tummy only stay 2 nights. She's like no pain at all. Very active go shopping, cut fruits eat, walk around and talkked alot......... haha

i was like mostly sprawled on bed or sofa.

movements are really restricted. you notice when you sleep you cant turn and sleep at the side. plus i did my calves so the whole leg down is like bandage like mummy, walk, stand, sit etc all uncomfortable. esp hated visiting the toliet so always wait till i can't bear then go.

like i mentioned after this lipo experience, i think my threshold for pain went up, next time child birth i think small case. haha.

cant wait to do my tummy next, then arms. i wore it till 4th day then 5th day morning i go back spore, i change to the cycling shorts. how come they ask u wear for 1 wk?? its really hard to wear that yourself, need the nurse to help you bandage ard your thighs.

how did you find the massage? i almost want to cry. think they should use anesthesia for that too.
hey retro, missed this message. I have to inform you, the lady who was there with me, said child bearing is even worse! Cos this lady before her tummy, last month went there to do her thighs. Her thighs really very slim! I hope one month down my legs like hers also.

Ok, yah, i was complaining and asking her did hers hurt like that. Then she chided me, say next time you give birth how! Even worse ***! (she has 2 kids)

Yah, retro.. the worst is yet to come. haha!

    I had 3 kids.
Child bearing really depends la. If you are with epidural, no pain for either C-section or natural birth. And different people will feel different level of pain.

For my 3rd was the worse cos the epidural didn't really work (i.e. didn't turn up high enough and my daughter came out fast and refuse to wait) but yes, it was painful. However, after the birth, not much pain. I could walk the next day without issues for all 3 kids, climb up and down stairs. =P But those with C-section I heard that they can't move much.

Anyway, if the pain is like that, I guess maybe can survive ***.

    Hey Wildberry,

Can advise me something else? Since this is ur 5th day, has the swelling erm gone down abit?

    alli isnt a fat burner,
it is a pill that expels fats and oil from food directly to your stools (you will get oily stools)
it is prescribed by doctors in singapore as xenical , but the one selling in drugstore.com is fda approved and you dont need prescription because each pill is packaged as half the dose of xenical.

    hope this helps

    Hi girls,

I'm in Taipei now, haven't start buffet attack yet, there's a steam boat & a japanese buffet restaurant across my hotel in Ximenting.

Tonite going to shilin to try their famous fried chicken. I also took xenical when i'm going for buffet, having KFC, roti prata, mee pok ta etc, anything with visible oil.

Actually, as I didn't take it on a daily basis, I couldn't track how much weight i've lost. I treat it as a pill to help me avoid the absorption of the oil into my system.

You can visibly see the oil in your toilet bowl, so if you're using someone house's toilet, u better clean it up as it will stain it.
Ha Ha, hope i'm not grossing you all out.

I used to approach my GP for the prescription, just realised that Amber pharmacy also sells it , no need prescription.

    thanks for posting the article
but i would like to defend it by saying that xenical save lives as well
my dad was diagnosed with borderline type2 diabetes, and he has to prove that he is able to lose weight and maintain low suger level or he has to inject himself for the rest of his life.
the gp recommended xenical for him to lose weight, an it had helped him. ( i bought alli from spider for him to try to see if its really the same as xenical)

on the other hand, anything in the world which u put in your mouth has to be taken in moderation, Too much of anything good will backfire (even too much vitamin C is harmful)

its also true to not rely on such pills all the time.
there is no magic slimming pill out there, i believe all these are just aids to help us achieve our weight loss goals and ideal body (that includes liposuction )
I lost alot of weight before (ard 40kg) , and i realized that apart from taking pills, the determination to change our attitudes towards daily lifestyle can make things happen.

    yeah diamante,

It takes a lot of will, self control & determination to lose so much weight & maintaining it is not easy too. Very well done.
