Actually i had no motivation, cause i'm alone @ home thus, i tend to eat a lot. u know la, when nobody around then will eat more maBut one day i saw the oprah show and it show how some people lost 5-200kg!!

I was so motivated to lose weight then. Oprah said it's best to keep a journal and record what you eat daily, even the snacks and @ the end of the day, review and ask yourself, why are you eating so much/snacking so much then u will feel that the next day, u will cut down on snacking/eating unneccesarily.
I'm an emotional eater i.e when i'm sad or happy, i eat and snack lots. So i'll have record down my feelings when i feel like eating. like write down what i feel and what i can do instead of eating. There's this lady in the show who lost 50kg by turning emotional eating into emotional exercising and of course healthy eating. So, that's what i'm doing now. been on this project for 3days only, but so far have not lost weight, but i feel healthier.![]()

Hmm....i have been to a slimming centre they promised good result and true enough i lose 2kg....but i got back the 2 kg after 1 month time....my sister say it's actually water that is lose...not fat........and also i don't have the time to jog as iam quite busy with my workOriginally Posted by nalgene

i still think exercise and change of eating habits is the best way to slim down and maintain your new body. all the fad diets might promise to make u lose weight fast but once you revert back to your old eating habits, you will gain back all the weight or even more.

i always tell myself not to eat too much the next day after a day of binging but i go back to the same old habits again.. anyone know of any good appetite depressant?

eat more high fibre food like whole meal bread, guava, banana. It will keep you fuller and eat less. If you're hungry, drink water. Water will not only keep you feeling full, but as you pass motion or urine, you are actually toxining your body at the same time.
As for me, I can't promise myself to eating high fibre food all the time, so I take fibre supplements with water. It works well for me. Have lost about 1 kg in a 2 weeks with jogging, 30 mins at least 3 times a week. Slow and steady![]()
