i gained quite abit when i was sleeping odd hours. after i started work and was forced to sleep regular hours, i lost 1-2kg within a couple of weeks.

main reason: stay up late = hungry = eat supper = sleep immediately after eating so body got less time to digest the food properly.

also, now that i'm working, i tend to feel peckish. but instead of eating junk, i substitue it with yoghurt + crushed granola bar + flaxseed. flaxseed is said to expand 5x in your tummy so you feel less hungry and hence you overeat less. i do feel less of an urge to snack unnecessarily once i started eating flaxseed.

it also has tonnes of other health benefits, so i introduced it to my mum also. see if it works for you, worth a try. i got my organic flaxseed at Nature's Farm at $4.50 for 0.5kg. much much more worth it than GNC's which sells for $31.50.
