Was busy shopping for all possible reasons, but most obviously to show off my new Tummy and cute but!
Help me I cant stop shopping! Lol!

And now to what I wanted to rant about most.
I have "lost" 9 Kgs!

Thanks to Slimspa and my stubborn self At first I thought not much of slimming, my sis did try Xando but did not work for her at all. Lol, I have told her via email since she is working in Shanghai and will send her a pic that will make her scream!
Ok ok, I will send sisy on pouch of Slimspa since I love and miss her so much.

Ok now to the Slimming Queen advise corner.
Choose your timing
Follow through with the regime for at least one month (for me it will be 28 days today)
Dont overeat during this time!
Cut down on your sweet tooth! (half is OK)
Go Clubbing (dance your heart out and drink lots of water)
Try to walk more. I did get off one Bus stop ahead of my apartment and one of my Poly.
Take the Pill for every meal!

Now the good part!
Go shopping for new outfits, that fit just right (consider you will be losing some more kgs in the next week)
GET RID OF YOUR OLD BIG STUFF
You dont want to see this anymore!

And thats it..

I feel great! And I love my new outfits.. and specially how I look in them!

i finished my 2 boxes of slimspa, but not an inch lost, and im like slightly heavier,
but i didnt excercise like the box recommended tho (but itake 3 a day and 20 mins before meals very religiously)

i guess u must excercise alot to make the pill work

I lost mostly the flab around my tummy and hips, my thighs are also slimmer.. got some great jeans to prove this!

And I did not exercise much, walked more that before, that I did.

Just send the red slimspa pouch out to my sis in shanghai, she turned into a real diet pill hater! She was so found of Fann and tried Xando.. dont know how much money she spend on this, but for her did not work at all, just buzz'd her head.. My friends and I kept on telling her, that Fann is surely not using any diet pills // Fann does not need it! So why did my sis trust them then? dont know. I would not!

but the fact that someone is auctioning off they're batch means that it doesn really work ( it didnt work for me or my friends either)
the advertisements were so misleading
for me, i used to prescribe slimming pills from doctor, and they worked well
cos the doctor will know who to prescriibe for your needs, and the pills are medically supported, so that means they weill definately work

and i agree with alet88 and spider, just take high fibre foods

i took doctor's prescrive slimming pills before.
but the doctor don't want to give me anymore. ):
so i hope i can find an alternative.
especially when i like to swim but public swimming pools scare me.

I think SlimSpa works for some people but it doesn't work for some people. Yes I agree that Fann Wong doesn't need the slimming products, that's prob why I never buy them.

Feel like trying for a month. haha...
