    Default Eating right for your blood type ( can lose weight also ! )

    Hi guys.. recently there's quite an increase in awareness of eating healthy ( effects of slimming down/gain weight if u want) according to your blood group.

    Do you all know about it? and what are your views?

    there's a book on it, heard that it was develop by one of the doctors from local hospitals.

    Such information / events/ seminars on these are heard to be costly. For myhealthevent, its consider cheap. Sorry if i provide this information late, and result most of you who are interested cannot register the event on time.

    there are products on slimming via according to your bloodtype as well, heard quite a hot sell in japan, product is by a company in hongkong, but not sale yet in singapore. coming soon though.

    there's also a health supplement... something like a slimming pill... that helps people lose weight... different blood group eat a different type one... think my friend got sell hehe

    Default Eat Right For Your Blood Type

    Blood Type O should basically stick to a high protein diet (including red meat), low carbs, fruits and vegetables. Cut out wheat and most other grains, corn, and avoid dairy products and most nuts. Must engage in vigorous physical exercise. They are commonly affected with hypothyroidism, high stomach acid (leading to ulcers), and thinner blood with greater resistance to blood clotting.

    Blood Type A must ideally be vegetarian - high carbohydrate, low fat. Basically, stick to fruits and vegetables. This blood type is supposed to have relatively thicker blood, and a sensitive immune system. Must not consume dairy products, animal fat and meat. Should engage in gentle exercise such as yoga or golf, and meditate to deal with stress. They are at a heightened risk for cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer.

    Blood Type B can have the most varied diet of all the blood types. Should consume a balanced diet of fruits and vegetables, grains, fish, dairy products. Chicken is best avoided. Should engage in moderate exercise such as swimming or walking. They have the best chance of bypassing or overcoming everyday types of diseases, including heart disease and cancer.

    Blood Type AB has most of the benefits and limitations of types A and B. Should consume a mostly vegetarian diet, and only on rare occasions some fish, meat (no chicken), and dairy products. Should engage in calming exercises and relaxation techniques. Considered the friendliest immune system of all the blood types.

    I think normal clinics or polyclinics will be able to be of ur service.
    OR alternatively... hehe go donate blood... they will check for u for free I think...

    I got my doc to check for me as i am the unlucky lot that was born after november and did not have to have my blood type stated on my i/c a few years back. A stupid idea proposed as i think blood type is sooo important! and i had to waste my own $$ to check it out

    My SO is Blood Type B but he's allergic to dairy products, which means he can't take this product right? Since it says: (which is not true for my SO's case)

    hi xueni,

    Just wondering, if we stop eating will we grow back the fats double the amount that we have lost? Cause, i have heard alot from friends that if you take slimming pills, you have to continue forever as once u stop, you will grow back to fats at a faster rate.
