    Default Meal Replacements

    Dear All,
I've recently bought the Xando replacement meals.... and I've taken about 4 packets so far... Im been doing a bit of exercise.. thus not too sure if its working for me.. but I do find it rather expensive though..

Oh.. Normally, I will mix the xando contents with 100ml low fat milk (I bought the HL low-fat white milk) and with 150ml. Its nice though..

Has anybody tried the xando meal replacement meals yet?? whats the results?? Please do comment!! Thanks so much!!

    Regards,
    Snowy88

I just bought the Xando meal replacement too. woodlands having a promo. bought the $88 pack with 21 sachet and got 7 sachet free. the promoter was telling me if buy 2 $88 pack will get 1 $88 pack free! but since this is the first time i'm trying i jus bought 1 big box.

I just tried one chocolate flavour one. taste not bad. just like milkshake. but mixing the contents was a pain. i stirred til hands very tired haha.

Will update the results after one week.

The Cambridge Diet is not too bad as a meal replacement, though I personally prefer their drinks to their soups because the latter tastes somewhat chalky and I didn't like swallowing the little bits of veg they included inside. :puke:

Meal replacements are great for detox or for "last minute fixes", but definitely not for long term weight loss... Best is to get a blender for mixing your meal replacement drinks to avoid lumps and sore arms!

felicity, aside from the scale readings, did you feel your clothes being less snug? Thing is The Cambridge Diet provides you with very, very few calories a day so perhaps your body cannot work with the little energy, and hence conserved your fat instead. Weight loss involves so much trial and error, sigh and it's usually so costly to try everything... But don't be discouraged, hopefully you'll find something that really works!

As for meal replacement Bars, I have only tried "Pounds off bar". that one was bought from TV Media...it taste GREAT too! I remember nature Farm used to sell it too. I remember there was one time I relied on these bar for one weeks (plus exercise VERY VIGOROUSLY), I managed to lost 5 kg in a week. But it was quite unhealthy way of losing weight.

so you ladies would recommend cambridge diet to be the most effective? i need something to jumpstart weight loss. once its off, i'll work hard to keep it off too. i just dont have the discipline to exercise and lose the weight slowly.
