My 4-year old has sinus since last year. Guess its genetic coz my hubby has it too. I bring my boy to see the chinese doctor. After months of herbal brew, he's now on weekly acupuncture. It works as I can see improvement. For cotters who don't mind the needles, no harm giving it a try.

I've got very a pretty serious rhinitis allergy. have been on medication and nasal spray every morning and night.
