Anyone tried this product Kiwi Slim? Its selling at Guardian and apparently heard its very sellable in Mannings in HongKong. Dont know if the product works well or not.

I thought I share my on-going weight loss journey.
After trying slimming centres, those slimming pills products and exercising before, which I lost close to nothing..

I have seen quite good reviews on Trimton (sold in Guardian) and CLA diet supplements (sold in GNC). Personally I have tried CLA with caffeine ingredients, it works with good diet and exercise. But because it has caffeine, it does interfere with my sleeping patterns during the day as I am working night shift. As for Trimton, it is currently the best diet product in HK but reviews said that have to take quite alot of pills daily, I have not tried Trimton personally.

Any supplements have to be accompanied with good diet and exercise, aim for at least 15mins of exercise a day if u are a new to exercise and eliminate sweet drinks and snacks from your daily diet. I have lost 1.5kg when I started out with my diet for the 1st three days consisting of loads of vegetables and fruits....and I replaced one meal with salads and plain yogurt.

On one box this company claims that their detox removes "mucoid plaque".. this was in the news years ago when I was in studying in the states. SCAM, I can not believe that this product is now here on our island! I can only imagine what they put into their slimming products
