One sided reporting and unchecked criticisms by a disgruntled individual post the most dangerous malicious slander in any forum. Such postings usually present an unfair and irresponsible part of the forumer to use this platform as a form of retaliation.
We thank the administrator for deleting the previous post 'Got Cheated' which is prejudiced and unfair. It is detrimental to any small businesses. Forumers should differentiate between an opinion and an accusation. They should be prepared to bear the responsibilities of their speech.

If you don't mind, I have some suggestions for you. Of course it is purely JMHO which you can choose to ignore if you like.
1) Hire a better PR.
2) Learn how to handle customer complaints. So you can retain instead of chasing away a customer who has been with you for 2 years.
3) Issue a receipt with itemised charges. Including any waived charges and rounding adjustments.
4) Re-train your employees/stylists on proper communication with customers. If you used to waive off wash/blow dry charges but have since changed your policy and are no longer doing so, let your customer know nicely.
