    Default Jantzen screwed up my hair

    Do not go to Jantzen!!!! They screwed up my hair by getting the colour wrongly and insisted they were right. They refused to refund me. Also I asked for Loreal products.I think they secretly replaced with the cheaper Goldwell product and now my hair is all frizzed up and damaged!

    Bad service, bad skills!

    Did you try to complain to their manager or boss? So that they can do something about it?

    Hmmz sometimes the color turns out looking different from the sample as our natural base color differs ya. Happened to me before also although that was in Bangkok.. My roots ended up lighter than the rest of my hair. OMG!!!!!!!!!!
