how to make front hair curl

anyone know any idea how i can make my front hair looks curl like this?

i tried to blow it with a curl comb its not working.. it lasted a while then become flat again, my forehead is really oily didnt wan my hair to stick on my forehead T_T

I let the sides and back of my curly hair do whatever they want, but I put curl cream into the locks in front and twist them when they're damp. It produces a nice ringlet effect. I haven't noticed any difference between one curl cream and another--I've used the expensive salon stuff and the cheap stuff from Target, and both work.

I used to have bangs. My stylist taught me to use those hair rollers and roll up my fringe when im doing my make up. After that, unroll it and your fringe will be super poofy. Use a hair spray to maintain the poofy-ness for your bangs. But..with the humid weather in singapore, the poofy fringe can can last for 2 hours maximum only.

I bought a packet of hair rollers from sasa but i hardly use it, its not easy to roll it nicely with volume.
