    Hello,

I have very soft smooth and silky hair. I will tell you how to get them like that.

    1. Wash them with shampoo and conditioner Make sure to wash off all the shampoo. (I use Palmolive)
    2. After you wash them brush them when they are still wet, you can buy Special sprays that makes the hair shinny like the Schwarzkopf mark.
    3. Braid your hair after you wash them.
    4. DON"T USE THE HAIRDRYER TO DRY YOUR HAIR!!! Your hair will get very um...not shinny....not smooth....It will get like a gramma's hair!

    Default Great Hair

I personally recommend that everyone tries shampoo from the brand Shielo. I started using this product in the past and till this day it gives me great results.

what do u mean by braid hair after washing it? ive never heard of them!

anyway one technique i use is to wait for the conditioner to sink in...must wait long enough such that when u wash it again...u wont bee the slippery oily feel of conditioner...when that happen it means the hair has absorbed the conditioner!

It depends on your natural hair texture too. But there are good conditioner and treatments out there to make your hair less dry so it looks shinier. I hear Liese's serum is good. I use Elseve for damage/ dry hair and quite like their range.

    3 simple rules for me
    a) hair mask every week
    b) heat protector before any heat styling tools
    c) leave in conditioner every day

Consider CWC washing method, condition, wash, condition.
    1. Condition hair from ear onwards to ends, shampoo your scalp, and rinse everything off.
    2. Condition your hair again. Final rinse with cold water.

You can use a richer moistruizer conditioner for the 2nd time or remain the same for the first time.

Use coconut oil, olive oil or camelia oil, depending on which you prefer on your hair ends daily or depending on many times you will like to apply.

Once a week you can do pre-wash oil hair treatment, applying camelia oil for an example on your entire hair, including scalp and massage, leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. My hair is reaching bra strap length, so i usually use about 8 drops of camelia oil. After times up, CWC your hair or Shampoo and condition your hair, rinse everything out. Final rainse with cold water.

Your hair will be soft and silky.
My hair type: Coloured and highlighted.

i use RPR and REF products from Basic beauty.

the leave in conditioner is from RPR. you may want to try these. it's inexpensive coz the bottle is huge. works out to be the same as those from watsons.

I have found that leave on and wash off conditioners do work but it depends on your hair and its a hit and miss with many brands.

Am trying different types of hair serums now which seem to work better than the various conditioners I've tried.

I spray them on either after washing my hair or when I wake up in the morning. I have rebonded hair, so I find the best results when I spray after a hair wash and a second time when I wake up the next day, but I forget so its usually once every 2-3 days.

generally the Jap brands and the Europe hair serum/treatment work for me. But they do not heal the hair, best to round it off with a weekly hair mask but I find that too troublesome.

Hey, u may like to try the grapeseed serum from bodyshop. Just apply a little on ur hair and it's really effective! It gets rid of the frizziness and doesn't make ur hair feels oily.
