I'm using a new leave-in conditioner called De Lorenzo available at sasa.. It's really good.. used to have very dry ends but now no more!![]()
im using lavenus leave in...
cheap and good...into my 7 or 8th bottle already...
I'm using oreo relax and this other korean brand of oil which is similar to oreo relax, it's called gloss iron perm after care oil. i can't tell the difference between these 2 items, except for the fragrance. texture is the same, except that this korean brand is slightly cheaper and 50ml more.
I quite like phytolisse for the smell and the shine but it doesn't really repair my hair a lot.
I've tried phyto 9. Didn't think it works as well and I don't quite like the smell. Maybe I should use it for a longer period of time before I make my judgement, but somehow, it doesn't add shine to my hand, in fact, my hair feels a little heavy and it doesn't de-tangle my hair as well as the other 2.
Tried sp cuticle repair and I like this too.
actually there's this other japanese brand of pearl essence i've tried (from salon) it's not too bad too.. smells nice and not sticky.
today, i just bought some more new leave-in to try! it's from the brand "aromatic" and it's caled meadow seed restructure serum. will try and feedback later![]()
i've been using TiGi's Ego Boost as and when i remembervery nice smell! plus after washing my hair the next day it does seem slightly softer. been sharing with my sister and we've only used up 2 bottles since jan
![]()
my only rant about this is that it leaves the hair rather hard after applying (good for holding curls) but nothing a quick brush of the hair can't solve![]()
I'm using Lavenus leave in for extremely dry hair. Love the fruity smell. It makes my hair soft and easier to comb too.![]()
Sebastian potion 9 is good too!
i'm using water matrix bought from reds.... like it a lot, and i'm into my 2nd pot already....
can get it cheaper from a shop at jurong entertainment centre though...
I have used the following leave-ins before and these are my comments:
1) Paul Mitchell: Normal, does its job of keeping my hair moisturised and smells nice though not that lasting.
2) De Lorenzo: Does nothing for me. It's a hassle to spray it on too and I hate it when it gets on my scalp and irritates it.
3) Sebastian Laminates Potion 9: By far the most expensive and best that I have ever used. works well as a styling gel and leave-in moisturiser. Great smell that lasts the whole day and even on normal days when I'm not using it, my hair don't feel dry at all or tangles easily.

I totally agree with inex with that on Potion 9 from Sebastian...The smell is balmy and it works well for both rebonded hair as well as curly well. I started to used when my hairstylist recommended it to me after i did ceramic perm. t times I use it for tyling my hair too..Cost $40 if you buy from Kimage. My hairstylist suggest that I get it from Monsoon who sells at a different size...more worth it, value for money
I use Potion 9 too and i find that on days when i don't want to use hair mousse or when i'm just staying at home, it's simply what i need. A 50 cents potion of this stuff is enough to de-tangle my hair and gives it a slight curling effects.
Does not weight hair down at all too. I find that after using this, my hair is less dry and make it easier to handle during washing.
I bought this for only $28 or $29 at Ocean @Chinatown. A real bargain !![]()
By the way, any recommendation for a good spray leave-in conditioner beside Lavenus ?
I'm using Lavenus and since it's my 3rd bottle already, i'm tempted to stray off to try another brand. I like the spray-type because i don't need to dirty my hand to smooth the conditioner onto my hair.*very lazy huh*
unlike most, i really don't like spray leave-in conditioners as i don't think the sprays distribute the conditioner well in my hair...if i use my hands tho', i can make sure all my hair is covered
agreed!
Besides, after spraying, particles may land on the scalp and irritate it, thats why I stop using the lorenzo one.
Use the leave-in from the L'oreal Elseve range. Have wavy hair that tends to get frizzy so leave-in products help a lot.
The Sebastian Laminates Potion 9 sounds really good, have heard of it before, is it available anywhere else besides Ocean @ Chinatown (where is this place exactly?)
I am using oreo relax too, the scent is like CK Escape. It smell a bit too strong when you use it but after awhile will be ok
people's park complex i believe.Originally posted by sydney
