Recommended Hair colouring and highlighting salon

Please never visit LA VIE HAIRDRESSING at Delfi Orchard. It's really terrible at it's result and service in coulouring of hair!!

I went over there to try out their coloring of hair. As they are using Loreal stuff, I presume it will be not too bad. I chose a dark brown co our for my hair, turn out, only top part of my hair had the colour, BUT the colour is so much lighter than the colour i chose!!! So now, only the top part of the head is with ver light brown colour( very obvious) but the remaining hair is near black!! I've told the salon that my hair colour is ver black and might be diff to have the dark brown on it. They assured me that it can be done. After blow drying my new colored hair, then they noticed that the I've 2 shades of colour. The lady boss asked me several times if I've colored my hair black before but I've never done so and told her a zillion times. Thereafer she offered to have it dye again but I've to fork out the was n blow fee. Throughout the whole conversation, I've not heard a single apology from the lady boss. What kind of service n attitude is that. What's more frustrating is that she said they are unlucky to have me as their customer as they don't know what went wrong with the hair colour.

So ppl, pls DO NOT VISIT LA VIE HAIRDRESSING!!

I highlighted my hair at a cheap price of $55 at a salon near my area - Aljunied/Geylang East.
Colour came out nice, however the salon is not a really 'high-class' salon.
The person who highlighted my hair for me is not young too, thus I dont think she will be able to advice you on a colour that'll suit you.. Or if she does, I think it won't be what you want.
However, she still gave me some advice to choose between what range of colours that are suitable for me. Yup, so that's it.
